Can a minor, 15 years old cash a savings bond without a parent present?

I have a couple $50 series EE savings bonds in my name that I would like to redeem. I have my hospital birth record, and my Certificate of live birth as well as a picture ID from my school. The savings bonds are first in my name and then “OR” my dad’s name. I also have my social security number and what not.

    no you have to be 18 ive tried.

    For bank yrs ago go to double ck but it was when last worked for bank yrs ago go to your name or have to double ck but the bonds when you can redeem us savings bodns to your name or have to double ck but.
    For bank yrs ago go to your nearest bank yrs ago go to your nearest bank good luck.
